How AI Helped Me Improve My Posture and Knee Alignment

Living With Knee Misalignment for Years

For many years, my right knee was slightly misaligned. It did not look dramatic, but I could feel it every day. When it became painful, I needed to see a physio or acupuncturist once or twice a year. The pain always came back. I could never fully understand why it happened or how to fix it long term.

In 2024, when I started prototyping Squat Pro, an AI integrated live-coaching with audio. I thought the issue might be connected to my squat form. If my knee moved inward or outward, maybe it created unnecessary pressure. But after researching more, I discovered something important.
The problem was not only about doing squats correctly.
The real foundation is posture.

Why Posture is the Real Foundation

When posture is off, the body compensates. One side works harder. One muscle becomes tighter. Another becomes weaker. And unknowingly, you repeat the same imbalance every day, every hour, every movement. That was exactly what happened to me.

So I started a long journey of learning and observing.
Days and nights of research.
Advice from my personal trainer and physios.
Small self-tests.
Daily adjustments.
Repeating the same simple exercises again and again.

Along the way, I realized something.
Posture correction is not magic. It is awareness, plus small actions, plus consistency.

Building My Own AI Posture Tool

To help myself stay consistent, I began building an AI tool. At the beginning, it was only for me. I used it to track my posture, see patterns, and generate exercises based on what I needed that day. The original version was very complicated. It had many details, lots of checkpoints, and it worked as my personal posture diary and correction guide.

And then something surprising happened.
I began seeing improvement in about a week.
With continued tracking and correction, my knee alignment started changing.
Week by week, it became more stable.
Month by month, the imbalance became smaller.

It was the first time in years that I felt I finally understood my body instead of guessing.

Why I Decided to Share This Tool for Free

My own posture journey taught me how confusing and overwhelming body pain can feel. Not everyone can afford ongoing physiotherapy or personal training sessions, and many people don’t know where to start. I also remember the fear of moving wrong, the worry of making the pain worse, and the frustration of not having clear guidance.

That’s why I created a simpler version of the tool I used myself. It focuses on the essentials, awareness, alignment, and personalized suggestions, while keeping the process easy and approachable. This basic version is free for anyone who may find it helpful.

If you’re here, you’re probably exploring your posture or trying to understand persistent discomfort. I hope this check-in gives you clarity, reassurance, and a supportive starting point for your own alignment journey.
